?Husband & father in law: 1656 Liber Vastarum, Lezayre: John Killip had a parcel of intack of 2s rent belonging to Aust treen, & he died so his 
son James Killip was entered by right of heirship, & at the time of his inheritance, his name was wrongly entered as William so that now in 1656, 
the name was corrected to James Killip who was entered again in 1656.

The last will and testament of Margret Corkill who departed 
this life ye 12th of December last as followeth: 
ffirst shee committed her soule to God and her bodie to Christian buriall;   
Item shee bequeathed to her son John Killip 6d Legasie and declared 
that he was fully satisfied for his fathers part of goods in ye contract 
bargan that shee gave him,     Lastly shee constituted and appointed 
her daughter Margret Killip whole Executrix of all ye rest of 
her goods what soever 
			The Executx: at age is sworne in 
witnesses Robert Coule}	      Court according to Law 
          Edmond Kewne} jurati
				pbatum est et solvit 6d
