Archdeacon Will 1687A #21 German will of James Young of Peel, died 22 December 1686: 
Summary: wife Catharine [Thompson] is alive & remarried xxxx Gell [died 1701, her will EpW 1701 German], son & heir David, dau Elizabeth, dau Margaret 
(of age by 1688), dau Ann (of age in 1692), dau Eubonia (underage, married Jonathan Shuttleworth by 1691 & living in Sheffield Parish, County of York), 
dau Ellin underage, son Alexander underage; father Alexander Young is alive, witnesses: Samuel Wattleworth & [brother in law] Caesar Wattleworth & Thomas 
Radcliffe; pledges: John Cannell & John Callin; other pledges: Caesar Wattleworth & Henry Watterson. 
German parish register: James Young buried 23 December 1686. 
Wife: German parish register: Catherine Gell als Thompson buried 22 June 1701, Epis Will 1701 German.

Thompson vicar of Rushen, that she was a whore, witnesses included John Woods, Samuel Wattleworth, Margery Fairbrother, Elizabeth/Bessy Kneale alias xxxx 
(who was pregnant in July 1685), and Isabel Gell.
?Dau OR sister Isabel: 1703: Old Onchan Mortgages #17: Robert Sayle had rent of land in Braddan that was part of Ballalough, 
and per 8 November 1703, it was mortgaged to Elizabeth Huddlestone alias Young.

?Father etc: Liber Canc: Onchan 1679, #79: Thomas Harrison & Alexander Young & John Root & Catharine Quirk had rent of 1s of houses & gardens, 
and sold the same to Robert Coultry.
?Father etc: 1679 Liber Vastarum, Braddan: Peter Quirk had yearly rent of 6d & 2d rent for cottages, and his grandchildren sold the rent to Robert Coultry, 
and also from Thomas Harrison & Alex Young who had the same [xxxx] to them for some moneys which bargain was confirmed.
