KK Michaell ye 22d of May 1687 In ye name of God Amen: I Jo: Cannell being sick and weak in body, but of good and perfect memory thanks be to Almighty God for ye same, first I commit my soul into ye hands of Almighty God who gave it me, and my body to Xan: buriall.
