Agreement dated 17 November 1679: husband Ewan Christian of Ballure & Ramsey, only daughter (still alive on 13 March 1680/1, brother in law Robert Callow [married 
Joney], brother Christopher Callow, sister Margaret Callow, brother in law William Corrin [married to Isabel Callow], sister Jane Callow; NOTE: contract agreement 
dated November 17th 1679: Mary had a very young and weak child. Her husband was kindly and so the child's overseers (Mary's family) agreed to leave the daughter 
with him to raise.

Itm: to ye Poore one boul of meale. Itm: to her grandchild Jane X---[dark] sixteene shillings beinge her fathers part of goods in her hands; Itm: to Will: K---[dark] an incalf cow and three shillings in mony, in full of his part of ye said goods, and one c---[dark] Itm: to her son in law Robt: Callow one cow, and to her daughter Jony his wife a fledge, and a petticoat of ye white cloath in ye walk miln; and said yt they were pd to ye full of wt she ought ym.
