Archdeacon Will 1687A #29 Jurby will of Philip Teare, died 10 December 1686: 
Summary: wife is pregnant, son William Teare, sister Margaret Teare. At least one other sister, one brother is alive, nephew John Teare, also: 
Stephen Teare, Daniel/Dollin Kelly, Patrick Cannon, witnesses: Patrick Kelly & Margaret Skeally, pledges: Daniel Stean/Stephen & John Skillicorn.

Jurby 1686 The last will and testamt of Phillip Teare who depted this life the 10th of December 1686, who comitted his soule to God, and his body to Christian buriall; Itm: to Steven Teare a sheepe and lambe as legasie. Itm: to Patr: Ke---[dark] in calfe and breeches. Itm: to Dollin Kellie ye old cloathes and a payre of shoes; Itm: to Patr: Cannon what he owed him. Itm: he constituted and appoynted his son Wm: Teare his true and lawfull Exec: of all the rest of his goods movable & unmov able and Patr: Kellie one of the witnesses putting him in monde that his wiffe was with child, he thanked him and willed that the child upon her bearing should have the third pte of his goods and if hid sd child or children should die before they came to Lawfull yeares then it was his will that his wiffe should enjoy all his goods excepting 10s legasie to his sister Marg and 10s to Jo: Teare his brothers son.
