Archdeacon Will 1687A #30 Jurby will of Mally Teare alias Kissage, died 14 November 1686: 
Summary: husband [John] Teare is not mentioned [name found in the 1661 & 1675 Liber Vastarum, Ballaugh], son Philip Teare, son & heir John, 
dau Mary, 2 other daughters; witnesses: Arthur Moughton & Thomas Kelly, pledges: Thomas Kelly & Patrick Clark also: Daniel / Dollin Kelly. 
Will of father: ArW 1653A #48 Lezayre will of William Kissage of Kerrowmoar, Lezayre, dated 20 December 1653: 1st wife Catharine Crowe, 2nd wife [Catharine 
Mylecaraine / Carran] is alive, son & heir Edward (married [to Jane Woods]), son William, son & executor Ewan, daughter [Catharine] married to son in law 
William Standish, son John Kissage (married to Margaret Cowle, they have a child, his will ArW 1655A #51 Lezayre), others: Catharine Kissage als Crowe (dead), 
[dau in law] Jane Sayle [married to Ewan Kissage], also: William Standish entered a claim for his wife's portion (£5, a cupboard, etc), Margaret Stevenson 
entered a claim for 15s & corbs due her,   executors of Michael Caistill entered a claim, executors (Edward & other) of Catharine Kissage alias Crowe 
entered a claim (she is wife of William Kisage), Mrs Christian Quayle alias Radcliffe alias Kissack / Kissage & son Mr Thomas Radcliffe entered a claim, also: 
governor Matthew Cadwell, pledges: Daniel / Donold Kneald of Ramsey & William Kissage of Lezayre.     
Self & husband &c: 1661 Liber Vastarum, Ballaugh: John Teare & Mally Kissage his wife had a parcel of intack land of 4s rent, and in 1661, John Killip was 
entered for 5d rent by bill of sale on consideration of £10, which was satisfied, the ground being for the sixth part of a great meadow whereof half was 
in Lezayre and half in Ballaugh.
Self & husband &c: 1675 Liber Vastarum, Ballaugh: John Teare & Mally Kissage his wife had a parcel of intack land of 3s 8d rent, and in 1675, 
John Killip was entered for 5d rent by bill of sale, the ground being for the fifth part of a meadow called Lanymore.
Self & husband son & heir &c: 1678 Liber Vastarum, Ballaugh:  John Teare & Mally Kissage his wife had a parcel of intack land of 3s 2d rent, and the 
right of 4d rent falling due as heirship to their son John Teare (& his wife), he sold the same to John Killip who was entered for the 4d rent.
Self & husband &c: 1678 Liber Vastarum, Ballaugh: Sir John Steven had a parcel of intack land of 3d rent, and Daniel Stephen, grandson  
to the said Sir John had surrendered rent of 1 1/2d to John Teare & Mally Kissage, and John Crowe was entered also for 1 1/2d rent. 

Jurby 1686 This is affirmed to be the last will & testamt: of Mallye Kissagg who depted this life about the 14----[fold] of Novr: 86; ffirst She being in pfect memory ----[fold] mended her soul to God & body to Xtian buriall. It: She ----[fold] to be bestrowed at her funrall a sheep. It: She left to her Brothers wife a petticoat. It: to her neece a pettic----[fold] It: She left to Dollin Kelly 3 yards of Hurden cloth. It: She left to ----[fold] son Philip Tear (if the law would not allow of him to be Heir wth his other brother) all her pt of the Tenemt du----[fold] ing the term of the Lease, and all her pt of the Inta----[fold] It: upon the request of her daughter Mary then prsent, she left ----[fold] sd daughter a cow & calf. It: her sd daughter Mary urgeing for some of her cloathes, the Testatrix replyed she shud have all her shaped linnen and woolen.
