The last will & Testamt: of Dan: Kinread who depted 
this life ye 14th of April, comitted his soul to God & body 
to Xtian buriall.  Itm: he left to the eldest daughter his pt of 
his house and Crofts, and the wife consented that she shud have her 
pt after her decease, and left all the rest of his goods equally 
betwixt his wife & two children, and aponted Dan: Lace overseer 
and left the tuition of his children to his wife & left to ye minister a mutton

The Testator also declared to the subscribed wittnesses after 
this will was made yt if both children dyed under age yt 
the Croft shud return to his brothr Philip Kinread after his wife decease and then his
