Know all men by these present that I Katherin
Charrey otherwise Katherin Cupin due by these
presents give, grant and deliver unto my loving
kindsman Thomas Kelley both of the parish of KK
Christ Rushen one oxe one horse and a quarter of
the crope of corne because of my weakeness -----
---- and not able to doe any thing towards my ------
mantenance and he the said Thomas Kelley doth
obledge and ingage himself his heires ------
and asignes to looke to me and to mantaine me
with meate -----ing and -----ing and also to ha---
a----- of in my sicknesse as a Christian ought to be
looke to and the other quarter of the crope of corne
I reserve to be a half toward my mentenence
dureing my life and after my death the said Kelley
is to have the whole halfe of the crop of corne
I leave unto Robert Cubin of KK Bradan six pence
and six shilling he had in his owne hands
