Philip Quilliam in behalf of his son Henry Quilliam & Alice Quilliam alias Vinch alias Crellin in behalf of her daughter Isabel Vinch:  
Summary: 1st husband xxxx Vinch (their children: dau Isabel, dau Alice, son John), 2nd husband Philip Quilliam is alive in 1682 [previously married, 
died 1685/6, ArW 1685A #16 Patrick], son in law & stepson (son of Philip) Henry Quilliam, dau of Philip is Ellin.  NOTE, Henry Quilliam & Isabel Vinch 
are to marry before St Andrew's Day (30 November).
Will of 2nd husband: ArW 1685A #16 Patrick will of Philip Quilliam, died 5 January 1685/6: [1st wife Ellin Clucas died 1662, ArW 1661A #080 Patrick], 
2nd wife [Alice Vinch als Crellin] is alive [died 1688, ArW 1688A #01 Patrick], children underage including an eldest son, brother John Quilliam & 
?other brothers, witnesses: John Quilliam senior & John Quilliam,  pledge: Captain Silvester Radcliffe; also: Robert Quilliam.
Will of son: ArW 1675A #144 Patrick will of Henry Vinch, died 6 February 1675/6: father xxxx Vinch is dead, mother [Alice Crellin] is alive [she remarried to Philip 
Quilliam, her will ArW 1688A #01 Lonan], 2 sisters including Alice [& Isabel], brother John, stepfather Philip Quilliam; witnesses: William Quirk & Philip Cretney.

Articles of Marriage concluded & agreed upon by & be= twixt Philip Quilliam in behalf of his son Henry and Alice Crellin wife of ye sd Philip in behalf of her daughter Issabell Ffinch as followeth Imprmis: It is agreed upon by & betwixt ye parties aforesd that ye sd Henry Quilliam & Issabell Vinch shall enter into ye holy state of matrimonie God et his Chapel permitting ye same at or before ye ferst of St Andrewes next. 2ly It is agreed upon & condescended unto that ye said Philip Quilliam and his wife Alice shall & doe hereby give ----- ----- said children ---- Henry & Issabell half of ye chate & tenements now in their possession half of the crop of corne half of the teame & plow, with all of all ye geares & all of the belonging to the working of the farme of said lands and the other half of all these to ye said young couple and their issue after ye death of ye longer liver of ye said Philip & Alice his wife except only --- bowle of barley & a bowle of drie corne wch is reserved out of ye whole & to be paid by ye said Henry unto his sister Ellin if it be not paid or otherwise discharged by his father Philip Quilliam before his death, but if sooner required it --- to be paid betwixt them ye sd Philip & Henry his son 3dly It is covenanted & condescended ---- that ye said Alice Crellin doth hereby give unto her daughter Issabell ---- a quarter part of all the goods ------ her ---ter husbands ------ssion, and ye other quarter part of wch & all ----longs to heir by Le-----, after her decease save only th--- --- ---- horse & twenty shilling to be at her own free despose 4thly It is covenanted & agreed upon that if, in case it shall please God that ye said young couple die without Issue, that then the said Issabell or her Executrs: shall have & enjoy for her part of the crop of corne twnety shillings; but in case thre be issue and she happen to remove then she is to have none, but ye heir enjoy ye crop 5thly It is covenanted & agreed upon that ye said Henry in consideratoin of his fathers paternill parteen aforesaid doth hereby acquitt exone rate & discharge his said father of & from all debts goods such claimes & demands that he might here or now hath by ye death of his mother & brother his said father his executors & admistrs: for ever p presents ffor performance hereof & singular ye parmises each partie have bound themselves each to other in ye penaltie of thirty pounds sterl: ye one half to ye honble: Lord of this Isle ye other half to ye partie greived. In testimonie wherof they have hereunto subscribed their signes manuall this 10th of October anno Domini 1682 Philip Quilliams mrk X ---d & deciered Alice Quilliam ----ofem---- of note yt ye word all in als Crellin her mrk X ---------lined before ye signing hereof Henry Quilliam his mrk X ------ ---------- ---- Tho: Christian Issabell Vinch ------[dark] [next page] Phillipe Quilliam the father and Henry Quilliam his son came this day and acknowledge all the wthin pre------s to be there mutuall agreement as wthin written before me Edw: Christian This Contract is accepted as ye last will of Alice Crellin, and ye 20s therein reserved is to be paid by Hen: Quilliam according to ye sd Allice disposal vizt: to her son John Vinch 7s and to her daugh= ter Alice Vinch 13s, and ye horse to her husband who with another evidence hath declared in Court th--- to be her dispose of these pticulars, and in regard the Deceadt: left all her woollen & linnen to her fore= sd daughter, yet ye Court for a freindly agreemt be= twixt ye pties hath ordered yt ye daughter shall have one shute of cloathes of woollen & linnen acceptum et pbataum et solvit 10d The Inventory included in this dispos---and Hen: Quilliam is sworne to pay all debts preserve his childrens right in ye goods of ye Deceadt: & to fulfill ye Law & hath accordingly given pledges in ye will of his wife
