a house & garden in Port Iron/Port Erin, of 12d rent, with all timbers, etc, witneses: James Watterson & William Maddrell, NOTE, that Ambrose Place signature 
is very shakey, also a seal, marks in acknowledgement.
   Stepfather of son inlaw: ArW 1732A #14 Malew will of William Bramwell, miner of Rushen, died 7 February 1731/2: wife (xxxx Bramwell alias Place aliase xxxx) 
   is not mentioned, stepson & executor Ambrose Place, witnesses: Richard Callister & John Bonithon, pledges: Mark Caine & William Daugherty, also:  Mr Solomon 
   Mercer entered a claim for 14s 9d & a chest & 2 pair of bellows & 2 buckets & 2 ropes for winding up the ore & a piece of timber for winding glass.
