Jurby This is affirmed to be ye Last will & testamt: of Ellinor Steon who departed this life the 18th of October 1699 being in good & perfect memory; first she committed her soul to God & her body to Xtian buriall; Itt: She left & bequeathed to her husband Wm Steon a blanket & a yard of linnen cloth; Itt: she left her brother Phinlo Karran all ye remaining pt of the goods after ye debts are paid wth ye tuition & bring =ing up of her child & if so be yt ye child dye before the goods be spent yt her brother Phinlo Karran is to have it to himself Phinlo Carran is sworn supervisor with the ffather, and hath delivered unto him the Tuition of the sd child for whom good usage & paymt of Debts the ffather hath given pledges Mollx: Bittell & Testes Phinlo Carran according to Law Mullnex Bittle X} ---n Kelly X } jurati ffather & Supervisor declared by oath that there will be no goods remaining after ye paymt of debts
