Know all men by these preents that I William
Ratclife of Castletown: beig destituted of any frends
to looke to me in this my ould age: but doth put
my trust and confidence in my well beloved brother
in law John Nelson to looke to me dureing my
natureall life, and to maintain me with meat
drinke and lodgeing: and when it pleaseth God to
call for me: and to see my Christianly buried: dpe
bequeath all my worldy goods unto the sd John
Nelson: 10 shill: exceped to be at my dispossing at or
before my diseace: to dispose of bestow to whome I
please: And he the sd John Nelson performing what
is mentioned to maintain me with meat drink and
