KK Andreas This is affirmed to be the last will of John Cowle who departed this life abt the 4th of December 1699; ffirst he commended his soul to God & body to Christian buriall; Itm: he left to his son Thomas an oxe and his part of a mair, & three sheep. Itm: he left to his said son Thomas his part of the husbandry gears with all his lands of what nature soever, and his wife condiscended to give him her part after her decease except a parcell of Brews Land which they have in Mortgage, her part therof she reserves to her own disposeing; Itm: he left his part of the crop to his said son accordint as it was expressed in the Contract Bargain of his son in law. Itm: he left to his wife his part of 2 sheep. Itm: he left to his son in law Dan: Kenneen his hoes and shoes, and a coat; Itm: to the witnesses of his will 12d apiece. Lastly he constituted his daughter Kath: sole Exerx: of all the rest of his goods moveable & unmoveable what soever.
