Andreas This is affirmed to be the last will of Anne Quark als Sail who departed this life abt the 9th of ffebr: 1699/ being of good and pfect mind & memory, first she committed her soul to God and her body to Christian buriall; Itm: she left to her eldest son John Quark her part of the Land and he to pay five pounds to her other three children, Itm: she left to her son Thomas a peckle yearling calf; Itm: to Kath: Crebbin 1s; Itm: she appointed her loveing husband John Quark Exr: of all the rest of her goods moveable and unmovable whatsoever, and he to pay her part of the Debts The Exr: sworn in form of Law witnesses pbatum est et solvit 1s Tho: Sail.......} Anne Crebbin} jurati Pledges to secure the office & pay all Debts & Legacies according to Law 15 June 1700 John Lace BallanaSeer enters agt the Exrs: of Anne Quark als Sail for the summe of five shillings due from the Decedt: and husband for part of ye Rent September 19th 1723 This day Edmund Quark came to ye Records & acknowledged himself to be fully paid & satisfied, at & from ye hands of his brother John Quark, in ye whole of what was due to him by ye last will of his mother Ann Quark als Sayle; And does herof acquit & discharge his sd brother, his heirs, Exrs: &c for ever of ye same.: witness his mark to his name ye year & day above Before me Wm Gell Register Edmund Quark his mrk X [on a slip of paper:] 19th March} I do hereby certefie that 1717/8 } abt Alhollatide last was a twelve mont, I received from Jo: Quark junr: the summ of thirty three shills & eight pence for the use of Margt: Quark his sister; being the latter pay= ment of wt was due to her by the death of her mother and taken up by pawn, as wittness my name Jo: Cottier Lockman of KK Andras X [on a slip of paper] --- July} Tho Kneal of Rushen in behalf of his wife 1730 } daughter of Ann Quark als Sayle acknowledges to be fully paid & satisfy'd in the share & pro= =portion of the 9 pound bequeathed by the sd: Ann unto her 3 children; And does therefore hereby acquit & discharg his bror: in law Jon: Quark for all Claims, Legacys & Demands claimable by the last will of the sd Ann Quark, before me E: Moore Register
