KK Andrews This is affirmed to be the last will of John Tear who departed this life abt the 28th of Decembr: (99) haveing commended his soul to God and body to Christian buriall; He left to his son Dan: his part of the Land in ye Down; Itm: to his son Wm a grey blanket. Itm: to his daughters Jony & Isabel his part of the fflax. Itm: to his daughter Alice 4s. Itm: to his son John 4s. Itm: what goods soever his children had acquired by their own industry, he left and ordered that every one should have his own part without divideing with each other; Itm: he appointed that his daughter Alice should send home a chist she had in her custody;\, before she should get any other chist. To the witnesses 6d apiece.
