This is affirmed to be the last will and testamt
of Tho: Kewn of Balasaley who departed his life
the last day of December last past, (first) he committed
his soule to God and his body to Christian, Item
he left shelter to his beloved wife in the house
dureing her naturall life, Item: he left all his goods
to his wife, and children, and desiered his wife
that shee shou'd not parte with the sd children
till they were able to shifft for themselves
witnesses            The children being under
  John Quay }        age the mother is sworn in
Kath Caveene}jurati  Court in form of Law, who
                     has given pledges for the
                     forthcoming of their goods
