This is affirmed to be the last will of
Daniel Woods, who departed this life the
26th of Octr First, he committed his soul
to God, & his body to Xtian Buial.
It. he bequeathed to his wife his cho...
Chest. It. he bequeathed to Widow
Waterson his mother in Law a shift petti=
coat, & a Blankett on his bed. It. to each
of his next relations 6d apiece
It. He bequeathed to his wife all the goods &
Effects, wch he had by her, & the half of
what he had gain'd, since he married her.
lastly, he ordained his Sister Jane Woods
& her husband sole Exrs of all the rest
of his goods moveable & imovable, & en=
joyned them to make up his Child's goods
twenty shills. forasmuch as her mother's
Inventory did not amount to so much,
as also to take care of the said Child
