                          At a Chapter Court holden at Kk Marown
                          on the 23rd Day of June 1784
                    James Kayle of the Town of Douglas having
departed this Life on or about the 27th Day of May last
past Intestate, and the Court having received Intelligence
thereof and none of his next of Kin appearing in Court
to sue out Letters of Admon of his Effects (this Publication
hath been made these several Times in open Court to that
End) hath, upon the Petition and Application of Robt. Cowley
an alledged principal Credr of the said James Kayle,
committed the Admon of all and singular the Goods Rights
Credits Chattels and Effects of the sd Intestate to the sd Robt.
Cowley who is thereupon sworn well and truly to administer
the same by returning a true and perfect Inventory and Accts
Sale thereof to the Registry of this Court, to sell the
Effects of the Intestate to the best advantage by public
and to pay all the just Debts of the sd Intestate so far forth as his Goods will
     extend and ...ake Law shall bind him
Auction ^ and to be accountable for his admon when thereunto
lawfully required and to these Ends he hath given Pledges
in Form of Law namely Wm Leece of Kk Braddan
and John Kewley of Kk Marown.
