The Last Will and Testament of Isabel Cashin,  
alias Cotter of Kk Patrick who departed this 
life the 12th of March 1789.  
Being in Sound and Perfect memory at the making thereof.  

In the First Place she commited her soul to God 
who gave it and Her Body to A Christian Burial,

She leaves to her daughter Margaret the feathers 
of the Bed if herself would cover them and the 
Gown she had and the chist which Jony Cubbon had.

She leaves the rest of her Close to her daughter Ann. 
She leaves to her son James and her daughter Margaret 
the sum of forteen Pounds ……… of this ….. which 
She had Morgaht in?/ to? John Charles house of Peel 
seven Pounds each.

She Leaves her Son and Daughter afore Nam’d Sole 
and whole Ex’ters  …ling of all other cravers with 
half a crown legacy.

 House of Thomas Quine in the Parish of 
Kirk Patrick 26th Nov’r 1789


The Excrs are sworn in Court in form of Law and 
they with Wm Cornish and John Cashin brothers by 
the Father’s side are sworn Guardians and Supervisors 
of the Children under age and have given pledges 
for the payment of Debts & Legacies namely 
The said Wm Comack & John Cashin.
