BELL, Catherine 1834 Malew CALLISTER E d 0106434 Malew At a Chapter Court, holden at Castletown 13 November 1834 Catharine Bell als Callister of the Parish of Malew having departed this life on or about the twenty eighth day of July last past intestate and this Court having received intelligence thereof hath (for the preservation of the rights of all Persons concerned) DECREED her children namely William, Thomas, Jane , Eliza- =beth, Helen, Heather and Ann Bell Co-admors of all and singular the Goods, Rights, Credits, Chattels, and Effects, moveable and immoveable whatever of the said Deceadent. And they the said children having agreed that their Father Thomas Bell should be appointed Admor. He is therupon sworn, well and truly to administer the same , to pay all the Intestate's just Debts, so far as the Goods will extend and the Law bind; and return into the EPISCOPAL REGISTRY a full, true, and perfect Inventory thereof, and an accurate Account of all Transactions, touching the same when thereunto lawfully required And to these ends he hath given pledges in form of Law namely Thomas Cretney and Daniel Kinnish both of Malew.
