This is the last Will and Testament of me William Kissack of the Village of Onchan in the parish of Conchan, baker.
I leave and bequeath to my son John Kissack the sum of Forty pounds sterling as legacy after my decease.
I leave and bequeath to my son William Kissack the sum of Forty pounds sterling as legacy after my decease.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Emily Jane wife of Matthias Allen Caine the sum of Forty pounds sterling as legacy after my decease.
I leave and bequeath to my son Joseph Kissack all and singular my moiety of a certain dwelling house and premises with the appurtenances
thereunto belonging situate in the Village of Onchan and at present in my own occupation after my decease and at the decease of my wife
Dinah Kissack or the survivor of us and to his heirs and assigns forever also the sum of Forty pounds sterling after my decease as legacy.

I leave and bequeath to my daughter Clara Annie Kissack the sum of Ten pounds sterling as legacy after my decease.
I leave and bequeath to my son Henry Albert Kissack the sum of Ten pounds sterling as legacy after my decease.
I leave and bequeath to my son Benjamin Quine Kissack the sum of Ten pounds sterling as legacy after my decease.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Lily Eleanor Kissack the sum of Ten pounds sterling as legacy after my decease.
I leave and bequeath to my wife Dinah Kissack all and singular a certain Dwelling house and premises with the appurtenances
thereunto belonging situate in the Village of Onchan during her natural lifetime. Also I leave all the residue of my property real and
personal to my said wife Dinah Kissack and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns and I appoint her to be my sole
executrix hereof.
