JURBY
       This is the last Will and Testament
       of me Christian Killey of the Kerrowcrey
       in the parish of Jurby widow which I
       make publish and declare this
       Fifteenth day of August One Thousand
1880   eight hundred and seventy nine  I
       commend my soul to god and my body
No 167 to Christian Burial  I leave and bequeath
Episc  to my granddaughter Anne Jane Kneale
       A bedstead feather bed and bedding a
       Chest a chest of drawers and the whole
See    of my wearing apparel  I leave and bequeath
1899   to and for the use of my daughter
No.    Margaret Kneale during the term of her
       natural life the Annual interest accruing on
       the sum of One hundred and Fourty Pounds
       which from I hereby direct my Executor as
       Administrator to invest in some good and
       sufficient security  And from and after the 
       decease of my daughter whether

That event shall happen bfore or after my own
decease.  I leave and bequeath the said
Principal sum of One hundred and Fourty Pounds
unto and amongst and to be equally divided
between Anne Jane Kneale Elizabeth Kneale 
Margaret Kneale and Robert Kneale children of
my same daughter if they be then living and
the issue of such of them as may be dead
(such issue however taking only the share which
their deceased parent would have been entitled to
in the event of such parent knowing my said 
daughter) to and for his her and their own use and
benefit absolutely.  I appoint my said daughter -
Margaret Kneale my sole Residuary Legatee and to
be Executrix of this my Will
and hereby revoking all other
and former Wills & Testamets
by me at any time made.  I
declare this my last Will
and Testament As Witnesses

     At a Chapter Court held at Ramsey on the 22nd day
     of October 1880.

     forgoing papers writing purporting to be the last will and
     Testament of Christian Killey late of KerroCree in the 
     Parish of Jurby widow deceased who died on or about
     the 5th day of May 1880 having made oath in the
     Holy Evangelists thus the Executrix Catherine Killey
     when in sound and disposing mind memory and
     understanding and up to the same had been read
     out to her duly w____ and acknowledged the said

last will and Testament in the precence and that they
at the same time in precence of the Testerix at
her request and in the precence of each ___
did then and there subscribed their names as
attesting witness m___ Robert Kneale husband
of Margaret Kneale previously Killey daughter of the
Testerix the executrix in said will asmuch in
a_____ of his said wife as such executrix is
therefore sunce[?] will and trully to fulfil ___ to the
said will and to administer all and singular the
personal Estate of the deceased according to Law
to paying her just debts funeral and Testamentary 
expenses wit the legacies contained in said will so far
forth as the said Estate and Effects will make ____ now
kind and t_ed and to return unto the Episcopal Registry
of this ____ ____ are made a full and true much
perfect Inventory of the same unto me accurate inasmuch

lawfully required and to make ___ he hath given pledges
namely John Cowley of Ballachrink and William
Killey of Kerrocroie both in the parish of Jurby who have
acted independent inasmuc Bond in precene of this Court

the 22nd day of October 1880
as the last Will and Testament
of Christian Killey late of
Kerroocroie in the parish of
Jurby widow deceased who died
on the 5th day of May 1880
and administration (with the said
law and Testament amended) was
granted to Robert Kneale husband
of Margaret Kneale a daughter of
the deceased the Executrix named
in the said will is right[?] of the
Said wife and is further appointing
has the Said Robert Kneale has
departed this life without having
fully administered the personal Estate
of the said Christian Killey deceased
and that the said Margaret
Kneale has also departed this life
without having taken probate of
this said will This Court hath

deceased is Radcliffe Kelly of
No 44 Michael Street in the Town
of Peel and accordingly he is

Whereas the Ecclesiastical Court of this Isle and Diocease of Sodor and Mann hath this day granted 
Probate of the
Will of Christian Killey
Late of Kerroocroie in the Parish of Jurby
deceased, to robert Kneale in sight of his
wife Margaret Kneale the Executrix

And Whereas John Caley of
Ballachrink in the Parish of Jurby and
William Killey of Kerroocroie in the Parish of
Jurby have agreed to become Pledges for the due and faithful
Administration of the said Estate by the said
Robert Kneale according to law.
Now Know all Men by these Presents, that we the said John Caley
and William Killey hereby bind and oblige ourselves jointly and 
severally, and our Heirs, Executors, and Administrators firmly by these presents, as pledges for the said
Robert Kneale
that he shall well and truly administer, all and single, the Personal Estate and Effects of the said
deceased, according to Law.  And in his default we bind ourselves, and each of us, our Heirs,
Executors, and Administrators, to be answerable and responsible for the whole to the said Court, and to all
parties interested in the said Estate and Effects, or the administration thereof, in the place and stead of
the said Robert Kneale

Witness our subscription this 22nd day of October in the year of our Lord
One Thousand Eight Hundred and eighty
